Grace Digital is dedicated manufacturing electronics products of the highest craftsmanship and to providing you with the highest quality customer service possible.  In order to ensure your complete satisfaction with the Grace Digital line of products as well as your purchase experience, we aim to ship all products as soon as possible after your purchase, allowing you to enjoy them without having to wait any longer than is necessary.

Grace Digital Shipping Policy

All orders placed and received before 11:00 a.m. PST (2:00 p.m. EST) Monday through Friday will be shipped on the date of purchase. All orders received after 11:00 a.m. PST (2:00 p.m. EST) will ship the following business day. All purchases made over the weekend will ship the following Monday or business day (in case of a holiday).  Shipping charges will be automatically calculated based on current UPS shipping rates for the applicable level of service and added to your order.

Thanksgiving & Holiday Shipping Policy

In order to accommodate the large number of purchases made during the holiday season, Grace Digital will do its best to ensure that your order is received in time for your holiday celebration.  Accordingly, Grace Digital will adhere to the above shipping policy to provide your purchase as soon as possible.  Nonetheless, UPS shipping times may vary during the holiday season, so order early!

Return Shipping

All returns will be shipped at the expense of the customer, and refurbished items are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
